Kim Sell is a respected healthcare and IT executive with over 30 years of dedication to driving innovation and operational excellence. His career began in 1988 at Schlumberger, then on to Peritronics Medical. In 1997, Kim founded CCSI (OBIX), later acquiring Peritronics. Since then, the OBIX system has become the leading technology platform for improving safety for delivering moms and babies. CCSI was sold to Constellation Software in 2020.
As President of CCSI for 24 years, Kim guided the company to become an employee-focused and owned organization with 150 employees and over 800 clients across the U.S., Canada, and Saudi Arabia. CCSI manages about one-third of the births in the United States. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence have left a lasting impact on the healthcare technology landscape.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kim is a board member for startups and established companies. He also dedicated 10 years serving on the local school board and proudly served in the National Guard for 8 years.
