Jesse Adams

President, Adams Power

Jesse Adams is a native of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and currently serves as the President of Adams, a contracting business that offers electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing, solar, low voltage, and generator services. His early experience working alongside his family in the business instilled in him a deep understanding of the trades and the value of hard work. After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration from Gordon College in Massachusetts, Jesse moved to Washington, D.C., where he worked for a national political committee focused on state-level government. This role gave him firsthand insight into how public policy is shaped and how it directly affects small businesses like Adams. During his time in D.C., he was nationally recognized with the Future 40 Award by Maverick PAC.

Since returning to Adams, Jesse has dedicated himself to making a positive impact in the lives of his team, their families, and the communities they serve. Adams prides itself on its exceptional group of men and women who are core-value-aligned and make the company what it is today. Jesse remains committed to delivering best-in-class value for their growing customer base.

Jesse has a deep passion for service and believes strong communities are built when people step in to support one another. He has held multiple board positions, including a six-year term on the Gateway Technical College Board of Trustees, where he advocated for accessible, high-quality education and workforce development. He has also devoted over a decade to the board of 1000 Generations, the Wisconsin implementer of Safe Families for Children, an organization focused on keeping children safe and families intact through compassionate community care.

Beyond his leadership at Adams, Jesse lends his business insight and entrepreneurial spirit as a strategic advisor and investor to several early-stage companies, most notably ByDesign and MessageWrap—ventures focused on innovation, design, and customer experience.

Jesse and his wife, Brittany, are proud to raise their three children in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, where they remain actively involved in their local church, schools, and community life.
